K-Tech 3D is a technical and architectural services platform specialized in BIM modeling, CAD drafting, point cloud processing, topographic drafting, and photorealistic 3D visualization. Our mission is to turn existing capture data — drawings, point clouds, surveys — into accurate, reliable, production-ready digital deliverables for building, engineering, and land-development professionals.
The app serves architects, structural engineers, general contractors, inspection firms (including Bill 122 compliance in Québec), property managers, municipalities, network operators (GRDF, ENEDIS), and real-estate developers working across Canada, France, the United States, and Belgium. It supports both independent practices and large multidisciplinary firms that need a production partner able to absorb significant volume while honoring their standards, templates, and naming conventions.
The application is developed and operated by the K-Tech 3D team, a technical services firm based in Châteauguay, Québec. Our team brings together drafters, BIM modelers, topographic technicians, and 3D visualization specialists who collaborate remotely with international clients. We combine domain expertise, automation, and project-tracking tools to ensure controlled timelines, rigorous quality control, and clear communication at every stage of a project lifecycle.
Every deliverable is checked against strict standards and matched to our clients' software requirements (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
A transparent client portal, real-time progress tracking, and open communication at every phase.
Over 500 projects delivered across four regions — from residential to infrastructure, industrial, and institutional.
Protecting your data is a top priority at K-Tech 3D. Our platform relies on a robust infrastructure and industry-recognized cybersecurity standards to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your projects.
Hosted on an industry-standard platform with backups and redundancy to ensure service continuity.
Data encrypted in transit and at rest, with granular access control: each client only sees their own projects and documents.
Compliance with data protection requirements (including Québec Bill 25) and full traceability of actions on every project.
Active platform monitoring, regular security updates, and incident management following recognized best practices.
